What is Sous Vide cooking? Learn in this Demonstration and Tasting Class about the basics and science of SOUS VIDE. We will cook vegetables, sauces, proteins, and desserts in this class and you will get to taste it all. Learn how to reverse sear, learn how to vacuum seal the taste in the food.
