Whether you're challenging yourself to a Dry January or just want to enjoy a delicious drink with sophisticated flavors but none of the side effects of alcohol, this course is for you. Elizabeth Logan McDaniel from La Rue Fine Chocolate, CHI's next door neighbor, will guide you through the process of concocting zero-proof drinks that balance acidity, spice, and sweetness.
