Want to keep summer camp alive all year long? Sign up to attend an Accelerate U pop-up camp at Greenville Tech! Each four-hour camp takes place during the course of a single day at our new Truist Culinary & Hospitality Innovation Center (CHI) in West Greenville. Open to current 9th through 12th graders, these one-day pop-up camps continue the summer camp fun and offer a glimpse into the life of a professional chef, with an emphasis on learning new techniques and enjoying delicious dishes made from scratch! Hone your baking and pastry skills, learn how to make mouthwatering savory entrees, and further your understanding of essential cooking techniques with Accelerate U.

¡Sign up for a Tex-Mex fiesta at CHI! Join CHI's certified executive chef in the kitchen to learn how to make fresh corn and flour tortillas completely from scratch and pair them with fabulous main dishes like chicken tinga and pork carnitas.

In this class, you'll help to produce everything from salsa and guacamole to crispy taco shells, tamales and taquitos. Chef Bill Twaler will also guide you through classic Tex-Mex side dishes and teach you some of the techniques that make Latin American cooking so delicious.
